Blood in urine
Do I Need To Worry About Peeing Blood? - Blood In Urine Causes
By Erika Engelhaupt. May 22, at pm. According to the Internet, the first thing you want to do is pee on your wound. After all, the common wisdom holds, urine is sterile. Urine is not sterile, even before it comes out of you and gets contaminated by your skin. Bacteria are present at low levels in the urine of healthy people not suffering from a urinary tract infection, Evann Hilt of Loyola University of Chicago reported May 18 at a conference of the American Society for Microbiology.

Urolagnia also urophilia , and, more colloquially, a golden shower or ' watersports' associates sexual excitement with the sight or thought of urine or urination , and may also refer to such behaviours or acts. It is a paraphilia. The term has origins in the Greek language from ouron , "urine", and lagneia , "lust".
Seeing blood in the toilet after peeing isn't exactly a shocking event. Women get periods ; periods equals blood; end of story. But uh, what if that blood in the toilet or on your toilet paper doesn't really look like the period kind—say, if your urine is a pinkish, reddish, or brownish color, or you see spots of red blood in your stream and you're nowhere near that time of the month?
